RMA Guidance

Before Submitting, Please Have:

  • Product model number

  • Serial number

  • Purchase date (if available)

  • Description of issue

  • Photos (not required, but may be helpful in the email handoff)

  • Installation environment details

How the RMA Process Works

  1. Submit the RMA form with complete product details

  2. Our team reviews and assigns an RMA number

  3. You receive shipping instructions and next steps

  4. Product is evaluated upon receipt

  5. Repair, replacement, or resolution is communicated
